With age, loss of skin elasticity causes sagging of the eyelids. The sagging eyelids, or the comer of the eyelids may cover portion of the eyes. In severe cases, the symptom could disrupt the sight and/or discharge may appear around the sagging area. The aim of the upper blepharoplasty is to restore the upper lid to its original state while leave almost invisible scars. Double eyelid can be created by the procedure.

Surgical Procedures
After incising the eyelid, remove the sagged skin and muscle.
Remove necessary amount of fat is there is a lot.
Find the levator palpebral muscle and connect it to the skin.
Suture carefully and finish.
Post-operational care
Make up and cleansing can be applied after removing the stitches.
Apply cold compresses for the day and the day after the surgery.
Do not rub eyes or press them.
Apply ointment using cotton buds, 3-4 times a day.
