After thinking about it for years, doing lots of research, and hearing recommendations from people I know, 

I finally decided to go for it! It helped enhance the areas that exercise alone could not quite address! 

I got the 90-degree shoulders I wanted, and I am so happy with them!!! 

The plastic surgeon designed the shape meticulously with a keen eye and performed the procedure without pain, so I felt very comfortable throughout!! Haha 

Afterward, it only felt slightly stiff, perhaps? There was no actual pain!!! I am so satisfied with the result that I wondered why I had waited so long!!! 

It really reminded me that the right proportions and contours can make you look slimmer!!! It was like looking 5 kg lighter on the very same day... Now I understand why the reviews rank it No. 1!​
