​Upper blepharoplasty

In general, people simply think of their sagging eyelids naturally caused from aging.

In fact, the main cause of saggy eyelids occurs in various superstructures such as eyelids, scalp, forehead and eyebrows.

If eyelids are sagging, the eyebrows can be pushed in to the eyeballs which can obstruct the vision and wrinkles around the forehead can be formed due to forehead movement when open eyes widely.

There are various methods such as removing saggy eyelids and create new double eyelids, remove saggy eyelids without creating double eyelids, or properly remove skin around eyebrows.

​By making a skin incision, certain amount of fat will be removed then levator palpebral muscle is anchored into the skin to be fixed.

After suture, people who have monolid can achieve double eyelid line or the existing crease can be remained as it was. ​
